At VB’S Crochet Bags, every item is carefully handmade and one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
• Please review product descriptions, sizes, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions

We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are also final sale, with no returns or exchanges, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
